It is also a good source of Protein (23.9g), Niacin (2.3mg), Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber (65%), Vitamin C (4.8mg), Vitamin K, Riboflavin, Folate, Copper and Manganese.
