"We are very thankful to NBF for constructing the puliya (bridge) in our village. Was getting worse for us especially in rainy season, because of water logging and mud on the only way which connects us to the city. Now everyone is happy."

We are aware of the changes occurring slowly over time. We consider the medium and long term effect of agriculture interventions on the agro eosystem. We aim to produce food while establishing an ecological balance to prevent soil fertility or pest infestations. Organic farming takes a proactive approach as opposed to treating issues after they emerge.

As a corporate we take a social responsibility to protect if not enhance our main source of farming, the soil. We encourage soil building practices, such as crop rotation, inter cropping, organic fertilizers and minimum tillage are central to organic practices. These encourage soil fauna and flora, improving soil formation and structure and creating more stable systems.in turns the nutrients is increased and the retentive abilities of the soil for the nutrients and water are enhanced, compensating for the non use of mineral fertilizers. Such techniques also play an important role in controlling soil erosion. Soil biodiversity is increased and the nutrient losses are reduced, this not only maintains but enhances the soil productivity.

For farming irrespective of any methodology used, water plays a crucial role. In many areas pollution of groundwater courses with synthetic fertilizers and pesticides becoming a major problem. As the use of thesis prohibited in organic agriculture. They are replaced by organic fertilizers( compost, animal manure and green manure) an through the use of greater biodiversity, like prominent vegetation, enhancing soil structure and water infiltration.

These days the quality of air s the topic of all conversations. We manage to do out bit even there. Organic agriculture reduces non-renewable air by decreasing agro chemical needs. Organic agriculture contributes to mitigating the green house effect and global warming through its ability to sequester carbo in the soil. This raises the productivity.

Promoters of organic farming are both custodians as well as users of biodiversity at all level. At the gene level, traditional and adapted seeds and breeds are preferred for their greater resistance to diseases and a resilience to climatic stress. At the spices level diverse combinations of plants and animals optimize nutrient and energy cycling for agricultural production. The provision of structures providing food and shelter and the lack of pesticides use attract new species to the organic area beneficial to the organic systems such as pollinators and pest predators.

The organic farming has an impact on the natural resources favors interaction within the agro ecosystem that are vital for both agricultural production and nature conservation. By opting for grand products the consumer through his/her purchasing power promotes a less polluting agricultural system. The hidden costs of agriculture to the environment in terms f natural resource degradation are reduced.

We as a promoter of Organic Agriculture pledge that we give ur society as much back if not more, in terms of good health. Besides the goo organic practices we are reaching out to the remotest of places for enhancement and progress in terms of education, health, information and definitely a Healthier life style.
