Grown and procured from major sesame seeds producing states of India namely Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The seeds are rich in B vitamins and iron. Abundant in calcium and zinc, black sesame seeds keep bones strong; also provide the body with vitamin E, which is needed for healthy skin. Rich in substances known as sesamin and sesamolin, which can help lower your cholesterol levels.
