Grown with group of farmers of north western areas in India. Low in Saturated Fat and Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Protein (23.9g), Niacin (2.3mg), Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber (65%), Vitamin C (4.8mg), Vitamin K, Riboflavin, Folate, Copper and Manganese.Grown and procured from various regions in Indian ICS of Nature Bio Foods from northern India to middle India. Good source of potassium and iron. Lentils are rich in flavones, with antioxidant properties. Contain folic acid and magnesium (70 percent), significant for reducing the level of homocysteine, a compound known to be dangerous for the heart and artery wall.
